Throwing an awesome dinner party should be simple. It's an opportunity to sit back and focus on the nuances that make life interesting. The complexities of each ingredient used should be allowed to express themselves.
I am a graduate of a 6000 hour working apprenticeship in the culinary arts from Colorado Mountain College in Vail, CO. Out of culinary school I moved back to New York and became an overnight baker at Amy's Bread. Once I mastered the baguette, I wanted to find out who this Murray's place was that was buying more than anyone. I started volunteering in their caves and was quickly moved into a management position. As a wholesale manager for Murray's Cheese, I was able to design and taste many different cheese programs around NYC and the US. Cheese is just one of my many passions in the food world.
