Cooking is an art, a craft, and a cultural cornerstone. It's entertainment and nourishment. A dish appeals to five senses and it disappears in a moment to become a part of us.
I've trained in various kitchens from a very young age. I've never had any doubt in my life that I would find myself immersed in food and beverage. I've spent as much time as I can in other countries, eating, drinking, and drowning in culture - nothing makes me happier. I've been trained as a cook, a sommelier, and a bartender. And I'm hungry.
